Your business is likely to already have accounts staff or a bookkeeper. However your company may have reached the level that it needs higher level support in order to get to the root of issues and achieve its potential.

Whilst Camrose Consulting is an ICAEW member firm the services are geared to situations that may not sit well with your accountant’s skills or business model.  We are very happy to work alongside your existing accountancy firm within agreed boundaries.

 

Not all accountants are the same.  In deciding whether it is appropriate to call on our services you may wish to consider the following:

 

•   what are your external accountant’s key skills?  Many businesses initially hire an accountant to deal with tax matters and year end accounts (the core business of most traditional accountancy firms) -  however in time your requirements may have grown.  Is your accountant able to provide all the support you need?

 

•   do your requirements fit in with your accountant’s business model?

    Even if your accountant has the skills you need, the overhead base of most traditional accountancy firms means that experienced hands on support may be too costly to be viable.  Our lower overhead base can result in a solution.

 

Value is added through an independent perspective which draws on experience of numerous businesses.

 

For businesses without an in house FD, credibility is added to relationships with investors, funders and other professionals.
