helping businesses achieve their goals

Business acquisition support & financial due diligence

An acquisition is likely to be one of the most important business decisions you will make and you will want to be as sure as you can be that your investment is being wisely placed.

An important part of the acquisition process is the due diligence review where the target business is investigated. Camrose can review the financial aspects of the planned acquisition in order to identify and avoid potential problems. The extent of the financial due diligence work is agreed at the outset and is tailored to your requirements, but in broad terms will typically include:

  • consideration of the company's recent results and current financial position
  • review of the target business's forecasts and cash requirements

The due diligence review concentrates on the past and prospective financial information and should help identify many of the risks and practical issues that need to be addressed once the business been bought.

Once the deal has been done Camrose can prepare or review completion accounts on your behalf if these are required in order to finalise the price.

"Camrose is my first port of call when financial due diligence or troubleshooting is required for my business clients. I know that the work will be carried out efficiently and effectively and I have no fear of jeopardising my relationship with the client."
